I’m having a baby Oct 1st, buying a house, and moving back to the northside. Matt’s getting Married and bought a house. & Bill will probably have a baby and get married soon too haha. We never see each other. We all work full-time—-sooo this is probably our last Downtown show.

Ok here’s my interview with Jay Reatard. I was being lazy putting it up cuz it’s not that great, but i got fired. so im bored again and have spare time. I really hope he’s not dead and this is some stupid publicity stunt or bad joke.

I was really looking forward to interviewing him-until the bartender started screaming at everyone to “get the F*ck out of the bar” right after the show was over. it wasn’t even close to 2am. so this pissed Jay off, cuz he didn’t get to sell merch. He didn’t seem to be in the mood for any funny business, so i didn’t feel like asking him any stupid questions and cut the interview short since . ANYWAY i’m glad i got to meet him. he’s a cool dude. peaceout.

The week before i was sooo bored, and I wasn’t going to let it happen again this week. So Monday was cursive, and Tuesday i drove to Austin to see The Whigs. it was well worth it. These guys are my favorite band and we talked for about 20 minutes.

I gave them the 2008 Too Bored award for album of the year. Go Buy MISSION CONTROL and their new album on 3-2-10. THANKS BYE

Hater Magazine hooked us up with press passes to the Heineken RED STAR SOUL Event at club Venue downtown. When we heard T-pain was there we had to go. We had a list of about 20 questions for him but they tried to limit us to 2 questions. When i asked about Chris Brown the Heineken guy was waving his arms NOOOOOOOOOOOO hahaha.

just some random facts.
1. T-Pain has a great sense of humor.
2. He can really sing. he doesn’t even need auto-tune.
3. He plays with a full band and the concert ROCKED.
4. You missed out.
5. WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME.

Then randomly someone told us the guy from tropic thunder was there, so we just basically were hanging out with him for like 15 minutes. at one point he was like SO “WHERE IS THIS INTERVIEW GOING” haha so we actually asked a few questions.

before all this we ruined our interviews with DeAndre Wright, Wale, and DJ M.O.S.– we learned our lesson. we took some notes to become better interviewers.

& Finally when we left we went to get some Greek Food at One’s a meal and supposedly Kory didn’t come to a complete stop at a stop sign. we got pulled over and Kory was issued a $230 ticket. He has no job, no money, and a broken collar bone. SO PLEASE hit that donate button to the right and help him out. thanks

The free Press summer fest was LOTS OF FUN. THANKS TO EVERYONE THAT HELPED. I think it was a huge success and I hope next years event is even bigger. We love everyone we met. so many characters haha. check http://www.youtube.com/tooboredmusic for some compete songs and more info on the bands.

of Montreal is one of Ashley’s favorite bands, so i let her interview them. She’s a bit nervous but I still ike the interview A LOT. He’s a cool guy. Check out of Montreal when ever you can. They put on an awesome live show.

This is the last song we did because we just didn’t have time to learn anymore. We just had way toooooooo many activities. Anyway this was at the Bone Church in Kunta Hora about an hour train ride from Prague. We went with a big group of friends and it was a lot of fun.

Thanks to everyone that went and danced it up.  I forgot all the words so we had to redo and over dub the music later.  SORRY MY BAD.
